Level 1, 2 or 3 IT service desk

Rydal’s support team becomes an extension of your business giving your staff the support they need to focus on their day job.

All inclusive On-site IT support (subject to additional fee per user)

It does what it says on the tin. In addition to unlimited remote support you can pay an extra fee per user which covers you for all on site visits, should Rydal not be able to fix a problem remotely.

24 /7 All Inclusive Network Monitoring

Rydal IT support will monitor and proactively manage your entire network. Rydal will run patches and fixes to prevent IT issues allowing your business and teams to function to its maximum.

Inclusive On Site Set Up Of New Users

When new staff join your business we will attend site to ensure the desk and user is ready to go. In addition to hardware and desktop set up this will include office 365 and anti virus / network monitoring software to allow us to proactively manage and support the user.
