Rydal Group finalists for customer service award (for £5m+ turnover) at the Comms National wards

We are delighted to announce that we have again been shortlisted finalists for the Comms National Awards best customer service team of the year 2019/20. This time in the top bracket for companies turning over £5m+
Customer service manager Leyla Panesar commented, “It’s great to see us continuing to be recognised for our hard work since I took over managing the team, fingers crossed the result goes our way on the big night!”
Rydal prides itself on service, in a sector where multiple factors play a part in ensuring a client runs smoothly. It can, at times, be challenging however Rydal always look to help our clients where possible and try to be proactive where possible to deliver service excellence to our end users.
