We are delighted to welcome Neville to our team here at Rydal. Neville is joining us in a new role as our Head of Training and Development. This is a new role here at Rydal, with our staff at the forefront of our business, we are dedicated to invest them to ensure that the team give our customers the best experience they can.

To allow you to get to know him more we have created a small Q&A;

What are you most looking forward to about working with Rydal?
From leaving the company in March 2015 to today re-joining in a training capacity has given me the opportunity to embrace an area such as training and development which I am passionate about. I am really looking forward to the challenge of helping people alongside their managers to reach their optimum potential with quality and informative training  and a training plan put in place which allows continued development.

What 3 words would you use to describe Rydal?
Collaborative, Progressive, Innovative.

Any random facts you could share with us?
As a sports man and a football enthusiast. As a young 12 year old I used to go every week to training at Tottenham Hotspur with a bunch of kids including Glen Hoddle who went on to an illustrious career in the game. Mind you I only went as a mate and did not have anywhere near his ability.

Won an all expenses holiday for 2 at a 5 star hotel in Tenerife for a purchase of a 10 pence ticket.
